In His Strength
Ephesians 3:14-19
The phrase to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man implies that the strength must be in the inner man. Now, one of the key elements for the strength of the inner man is love. Further on, Paul prayed that we all may be rooted and grounded in love. The whole purpose is that we may be filled with all the fullness of God. Here, the most important things are:
1. We must comprehend the love of God, and that’s the mystery that can bring strength in our lives.
2. It doesn’t happen alone; it happens with all the saints together.
Dear child of God, the key to strength is being grounded and rooted in love, and that begins when we start comprehending the love together with all the saints. You cannot experience real strength all alone; it is always together, and the Church is the place where we grow together with the saints to comprehend the height, depth, length, and width of the love of Christ and, through His might, strengthen the inner man.
